Instructions

1. Fill out application and return by May 15, 2009. Can be postmarked on the 15th.
2. The program is limited to 50 participants who will be selected based on academic achievement and essay response.
3. Obtain a copy of your transcript, or another form of document from your high school records office or guidance counselor that states your academic progress and your overall GPA.

Once you have been notified of your acceptance into the program, you will be required to pay the $600 Camp fee.
